evil came to me tonight.. after many years

Before i tell my story : Hey my name is Micha, i am a 24 years old guy from Amsterdam. I am new to this forum and found it while i was searching for an explaination of something that happened to me 30 minutes ago.

This is what happenend :

I went to bed about 1.46 AM i can recall, pretty tired because i had a busy day.
Moments later i started to dream that me and my friend (who is from the US and temporary lives with me) where busy with mixing a project we are recently on (we make music)...then my mother (who does not live close to me) appeared to the door and yelled that i had to take the volume down because she could not sleep.. what actually shooked me because my mother is a really sweet person we have a good bound.. and it gave me a in-dream dejavu about my childhood when my mother used to be heavy depressed. Than i snapped further in a next scenery : Me and my friend went to a local foodstore to take away some food. While we waited for our food the store appeared to be in a old office-building i used to live in (strange).
Next to us where some girls and i started to talk with them (i am kind of a social guy who loves to connect with people). Anyway all of the sudden i was faced to the exit door on the inside of the food store and i saw trough the window (to the side of the door - think of a class room door because it was an old office building) my mother (depressed mode*) walking to the door, opened it and was talking in a borderliner type of style with a real sweet voice "i am going to sleep in your bed ok, so dont be scared when you come back".. i replyed a little ashame "ok ma"..then she turned around, closed the door and walked exactly the same way back past the window.
10 seconds later the same exactly the same image of her walking to the door.. and i was thinking "why??" with a thought of "i am going to tell her that we speak later, becuase im in this store with all those people that are actually very quiet and waiting for their food".
The door opened up and i saw my sister (21) looking kind of numb, and my mother behind her with a very scary appearance (depressed mode*).
She screamed very loud and frightening grabbed me by the feet and dissapeared behind the door pulling my feet. I felt her nails cutting trough the topside of my feet and something sharp cutting it aswhell.
WHen i started to panic (becuase it really hurted) my eyes opened up and i was out of my dream, kind of fuzzy feeling. Than i freaked out becuase i felt my feet still stinging but i was like "naw this is some after effect from the dream"... i couldn't move though and a "beeeep" came into my ear .. it started sucking me into the same scenery (dream) but i woke up again because it was too scary. At that point my hearth bumped crazy and i really started to worry. AGAIN the beep came into my ear, and my feet where still stinging. I opened my eyes wide so i wouldnt slip back in that dream again.
thats when something very scary came close to me.. i felt it.. and as the beep went on my face muscles started to move backwards like i was exposed to some g-force. Thats when i started praying in my head "our lord on the heaven side, dont lead us in search.. etc."
That actually helped. After 2 minutes i stood up out of my bed and against all what i expected i saw red cutting lines on both of my feet!!! i was like what the ****!!! and i trew open my bedsheets but found notting suspicious on it.
i dont really know what to think but i freaked out about this whole incident..

Depressed mode* explaination :
When i was a kid, about 6 to 8 i had nightmares about my mother like this for several years. i allways described her appearance as depressed mode becuase she looked grey, angry and evil.. .actually to tell you this : i freaked out in the cinema when i saw "the 6th sense" becuase there is actually a scene in there that is exactly as i saw my mother in my dreams (the scene where the little boy went to the kitchen and saw his mother cutting stuff and when she turned around she looked really weird). Anyway, these dreams never gave me fysical wounds like now.

i do not know what to expect on this forum, but anyway i gave it a try.
right now it is 6:35AM and im not planning to go to sleep again.. im really a sober person.. i fear less, do not smoke weed but this is so acuard that it will keep me from laying down right now.

Relax! Thers is a simple explanation and a natural cause for your dream!
If you have a look at the scratches on your feet and try your fingers against it you will find that you made the scratches. Put it down to a bad nights sleep!
I try to explain what happened in your sleep:

When a dream text mentions food, kitchen or a restaurant, you can by sure the dream was caused by a digestion problem! You may not realise it but the stomach is working all the time and many things can cause problems in sleep. You wer probably tossing and turning, uncovered your feet and got cramp. Your dream indicates that you had a bad cramp in your leg. The natural reaction is to grab it and massage it, that is what you did in your sleep. That is how you made the scratches.
In creating the dream, your subconscious used the frigtening dreams you had about your mothers depression when you were a child.
The subconscious mind is the ultimate magitian and makes you do and feel things without you realising it.
No evil being or anything supernatural. It was your own subconscious trying to help you over a bad night!

I figured out i ate some heavy stuff right before i went to bed, so your explaination actually makes sense. The only thing that im still freaked out about was the cold air and my facemuscles that pulled back while being completely paralized in bed. But heyy.. omanipatmehumm my firend!
