Hi all
I had a bad dream last night which ended with a scary cat jumping on my shoulder. In the dream I was pulled it off my right shoulder with my left hand. When I woke up, I realised I was clawing into the back of my right shoulder quite badly to the exent I'd bled onto my pillow. Unfortunately I was wearing a vest top as it warm yesterday evening. The skin's started to scab now but some of the cuts are quite deep considering that my nails are very short. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Where the dream has translated into reality and caused some sort of injury? Molly |

It happens to many people! It certainly happened to me many time! I often wake up in the middle of a movement or sound Im doing in the dream. Have a look at this thread Regarding your dream; when something intrudes into sleep the subconscious tries to incorporate it into the dream. Your dream indicates that your shoulder was itching and your supbconscious translated it as a cat sinking its clows in your shoulder. Many people think the injury or the bruise they find in the morning appears mysteriously. They just can't believe they did it themselves. Cheers Wolfjk
