Why Is it NIghtmare or no DreaM?

I have been having odd sleep staying up late I had a bad dream about my bf's dad but cant remember the details.. just a sad and wrong bad feeling inside when i woke to that recollection of that dream..the one i do remember clearly is the last one of the kittens dying....But one of my most memorable all time recurring nightmare i can recall perfectly....A crib a metal rod from one end to the next length wise white clean sheets becoming bloody by the Huge red heart beating (((like the way the heart in Indiana Jones in the temple of doom looked ))) that's just a clue for a visual of what im seeing as an infant i have had this dream.. the massive heart rotating pulsing and streaming Blood on the crib then i wake
that's it~!..


Oh have i dreamt my share of nightmares some reoccurring ones that still haunt me.


Right now no dreams at all for a few days am i choosing to forget im dreaming them and having less power over my emotions? in waking life?

Well I share this with you not for your analyzation but to let those people who have nightmares making them unhappy and stressed confused.. don't be your human your not alone we all fear we all have seen things that leave their mark on us some how it comes to us in sleep..
