Default Can't tell if I'm awake or still dreaming

Last night I had the strangest dream. I dreamt that I was sleeping in my bed with my husband (exactly as I was in real-life). In the dream, I was trying to wake my husband or get out of bed because I heard noises or saw shadows moving in the house. I'm pretty sure I was waking up and falling back to sleep to continue the same dream throughout the night. I was screaming in my dream, and my husband says I was also screaming in my sleep. I was petrified, both in my dream and while I was awake. My heart was racing and I was shaking. The scariest part was I could not differentiate between the dream and reality. They just kept blending into one another throughout the night. I'm exhausted today and am so afraid to go to sleep tonite. Can someone tell me what this might mean?

Thank you.

Hi,
We all get these bad nights sometimes. The dream could have been caused by you sleeping on your back. A slight cold or other discomfort might have made the dream more frightening. Stress or a psychological upse may also cause such dreams. However I think it was your sleeping position.
Ask your husband to turn you over if you have these dreams again. He can do it by applying gentle pressure on your shoulder. If you have your arms on your chest or stomach, ask him to move them. It changes your dream and calms youdown.
Cheers Wolfjk

Hi,

Being asleep means you are unaware of something or you are in peace.
Sleeping in the dream for a dead person or someone who has a fear means a comfort and salvation.
If dreamt someone was sleeping on a bed means he will receive some dignity but he is far from religion because being asleep means a neglect.
If dreamt he was sleeping in a low small place on a bed means abjectness.
Some interpreters say sleeping for a feared person means safety and for a dead person means forgiveness and for an ill person means curing also for a jailed person means freedom.
If dreamt he was sleeping among dead people and someone woke him up means he will get famous. The cave /17.

Fear in the dream is interpreted safety and secure.
If one dreamt was scared of someone or didn't know what is he scaring from means someone will cause him a money loss.
Fear also means to overcome and a victory.
If one dreamt was afraid of a thief or was afraid of a beast means his relatives will cause him a money loss.

Good luck.
