Angel of Death ultimatum then my world goes black...literally

Ok, this dream really freaked me out. I have had my share of weird dreams and almost all of them no matter how weird have had always had something in my dream come true. In my dream I saw two planes crash into each other. I was standing next to my childhood friend and turned to him and told him to call 911. There was wreckage and bodies littering the ground. I turned around and there was this big, beautiful tree and next too it there was this shining, glowing orb of some kind floating to Earth. I reached out for it and once it landed in my hand the Angel of Death appeared and told me that I had a choice to make: either save my life or sacrifice my life to save my daughter. I of course chose to sacrifice my life so my child could live and as soon as I said that my dream went black. I woke up shaking really bad and crying uncontrollably. I went back to sleep and dreamt nothing (and haven't dreamt anything since), but I couldn't stay asleep. I kept waking up every 2 hours throughout the rest of the night. Now, In all my life I have never NOT dreamt. Its always been something. Its never just been just straight darkness. Its extremely unsettling. Now another important piece of information is I do not have any children. I am 21 years old and was diagnosed with an illness preventing me from ever having kids when I was 18. Someone please explain this to me I would greatly appreciate it. I am seriously freaking out here. Thank you.
