| Nightmares! Horrors in the night? Do you wake up screaming, or wish you hadn't fell asleep in the first place? Post it here, or if you are good at helping folks interpret these kind of dreams, then do so here. Maybe you will get a good night's sleep. ; |

I keep having two of the same recurring dreams.
I dream either a bloke is trying to beat me up in some shape or form, or strangle me. It's really freaking me out and I don't know why this keeps happening. Last night I dreamt a man broke into my house and strangled me on my bed - and every time I tried to scream or talk, no sound escaped my mouth. I also dream that I'm kissing a lad - and instead of enjoying it, I feel sick and gag instead. I know it sounds funny, but it isn't a pleasant feeling at all. Anyone have any ideas why I keep having these same dreams? Dani. Last edited by dani_lad90 : 06-07-2009 at 02:31 PM. |

You might have a problem with acid reflux. Avoid eating before going to sleep. Fatty fast food is very bad for you. However the dreams could be caused by bad sleeping positions. Have a look at this thread If you sleep on your back that can often cause sleep paralysis. Your dream frightens you awake with the idea that you can't do this or that. Cheers Wolfjk

Hi Dani,
Could also be that you need to speak up to a male figure but are unable to due to fear or some other reason. Could be that you have deeply offended a male figure and it now makes you feel guilty ~possibly AND lastly, the male gender offends you or repulses you. Something to think about.....just my opinion. Cheers! |
