Poison in a Hotel

I dreamed I was in a very fancy hotel. First I was checking the hotel out, it was huge! I went to the hotel's bar and there was a pregnant woman and this random people, I left the bar bar. then I returned to the room and there was a party with some friends I haven't seen in almost two years. One of my friend's girlfriend was trying to make drink a poisoned glass of wine. I ended up drinking the wine without swallowing it and I spat it out the window. Then everyone went to sleep and my friend approached me and told me his girlfriend was only joking and that she didn't want to poison me. Wht could this mean?
