Default Dreamed that my son was killed

I had a nightmare last night that my 13 year old son was hit by a black truck. This was a long dream. First I was with a friend and my family and a couple of other guys that I did not know. We were at a house in the country that was suppose to be my friends place. Long story short, I was driving a tractor and hit some kind of object in the yard that purpose was holding fishing poles. The object in the yard broke. We moved locations and were at another house/cabin watching TV. After a period of time, I decided that I would walk to a nearby store and get the items to fix the object that I had earlier broke. My friend, wife, and son also went. The weather was either rainy or dark clouds were building. We came to a road that forked. A car with two girls went by and they were honking. My friend said the shortest route to the store was down the left fork in the road. He ran across the road, my wife went after him, and my son then ran after my wife. An older black truck coming down the road hit my son. I saw the whole accident. I can't get the image of my son being hit in the back by the truck, flying through the air, and laying lifeless on the side of the road. He rolled over and his eyes were rolled in the back of his head. I rushed to his side and was about to scope him up in my arms when I woke up.

This dream might not bother me so bad, but I had a dream that my father passed away when I was a tennager about five months before he actually did.

Does anyone have any idea what my dream might mean?

Hi,
There is less possibility to be a Deja Vu dream.
Usually dreams are predictive but in a symbolic language that should be interpreted.

Dreams of immatured children is about their parents , boys are about their father.
So, it will be about you.Death means to have a problem solved or a constraint removed.
A truck means guiding a heavy life you will meet such a person and will have a problem solved.

approximate interpretation time table: Dreams at noon or exactly at midnight( In the summer time 13 at noon and 1 midnight else at 12)in the same day if past a few minutes, a few days later. Dreams at 10-11 in the morning in 15-30 days later. Also dreams at 3-4 in the evening in 1-2 months .Dreams in the sunset mostly are not truthful and are messed, they have no interpretations, Dreams at 4-5 in the morning in a few days to 2 months some dreams in the holy books( Josef dream of kneeling the sun and the moon and 11 stars)was interpreted after 20 years and other dreams of the Pharaoh's prisoners interpreted in the same day and after 7 years. Dream of Pharaoh about the 7 thin cows and 7 fat cows interpreted from the next year to 14 years. Also dreams in 6th of the month will interpret after 1-2 days, in 9th at the same day, in 10th after 20 days, in 13th after 9 days in 14th after 26 days and in 15th after 3 days, in 16th after 2 days and in 28th ,29th ,30th in the same day, but these are solar (Persian months and you should refer to a calendar or convert them) . Of course there are different kinds of dreams , like messy dreams which have no interpretations or deja vu dreams, or psychological dreams or dreams which are caused by bad food or drinks.

Hi,
This was a violent nightmare. It probably happened in a fraction of a second. The reason for the dream was that something happened in your sleep that needed you awake very quickly; acuoghing fit, a sudden pain or an acid reflux could have caused the dream. Sleep apneaa or something obstructing your breathing could also cause such dreams.
Your subconscious used a scene from a film or an advert to construct the dream, and put your son in the picture to make it more potent, and wake you very quickly.
You have no need to worry about your son. However all parents are naturally worrid sometimes.
Relax, nothing bad will happen to him.
Cheers Wolfjk
