Question Scary at the time. Attacked by wet clay??? Answers?

Alright guys, so this nightmare was one of those where it was scary while I was dreaming it, but now it seems kinda stupid. I'm a psychology major though, so I still want to know what it means. Hopefully some of you can help me out.

I was staying at a hotel that I've never seen before with most of my family, even the extended part. It had five floors. Besides the usual swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub, this hotel also had a ceramics room.

At this point in the dream, I take my grandfather's point of view and I'm in his body. My grandpa is not the creative type, yet he is in the ceramics room. He/I is/am squishing dry clay in water to make it moist and usable again (it's the trimmings off of molded pots that were too thick.) All of a sudden the clay forms hands out of the water and grabs my wrists. It proceeds to wrestle me/my grandpa to the ground and kills him. By this time my view is switching from first person to someone watching back and forth. Somehow there's blood everywhere.

Now the dream jumps to the day after. I'm in my own body. I hear other people talking. I know my grandpa is dead, but no one knows why he died. After finding his body, more people have started to disappear in the ceramics room. It isn't blocked off by an investigation or anything and people are allowed in. Now I am in the ceramics room with my great-aunt Annette, my grandma, my mom and two little kids in our family. I can see the exact place where my grandpa died, and I know he died there even though his body is removed and there are no markings. All of a sudden it occurs to me that the place isn't safe, I know that I have to run away from the clay and know that I have to get the kids out at least, if not also my aunt, grandma, and mom. I grab them both by the hand and start running. We come to a door with bloody, smeared hand prints. I shield their eyes as best as I can and lead them through the door.

The dream ends.

If someone could offer an interpretation, that would be great.

Hi,
First of all, if you're a psychology major, You should know that the important thing about dreams is not what they mean but what they do in the sleep.
It is almost impossible for an outsider to know what goes on in your mind during sleep. Thoughts keep coming and going in sleep and outside influences;noise, temperature, light, and creature comforts influence your dreams. In sleep you also need a constant source of interest and entertainment to keep up your level of consciousness.
If you have a good memory you will probably remember the actual events or experiences your dreams were based on. However the subconscious shapes and moulds your experiences as you would a lump of clay. So perhaps your the events will be unrecognisable to you.
You can take your dreams as nocturnal entertainments that hold your interest and wake you when you had enough sleep.
Cheers Wolfjk

Hi,

If one dreamt he was eating mud means he will spend money for his wife.
If dreamt he was repairing his house with mud means he will have a sorrow.
If dreamt about red mud or greenmud means he will do pleasure and debauchery.
Black mud means a sorrow.
If dreamt he fell in the mud means a disaster is on the way.
If dreamt he came out of mud and washed himself means he will rescue from a sorrow.

If one dreamt someone killed him means he will have a long life.
If dreamt he killed someone but didn't decapitate him means he will do him a favor.
If dreamt a group were killed means he will have a benefit. The Israelian /33.
If dreamt someone killed him in oppression means he is oppressed and someone will revenge for him.The Pilgrimage /60.
If one dreamt killed his own child means he will receive moral livelihood. The Livestock/151.
If one dreamt killed a fierce animal or an insect or a roach means he will overcome the enemy.

Blood means money, because man is alive with it but blood is not eatable so blood is kind of immoral money.

If one dreamt someone suffocated or choked him means he will receive some livelihood and a good life.
Some interpreters say he may have a sorrow.

If one dreamt he was running away means he will be forgiven or he will overcome the enemy.
Because Moses dreamt he was running away from Pharaoh and later he overcame the Pharaoh.
If one dreamt men were running away from women means he is afraid of a big man.
To run away if he didn't scream means happiness but if he screamed means a disaster is on the way.
