Daughter has same dream as when I was a child

I used to have this dream, to me it was a nightmare, I would wake up crying. I would be in a large white open space, and I would feel really small and alone. That was the dream, and now my daughter has the exact same dream. Why is that?

I once heard of some identical twins that sometimes had the same dreams. I can only guess it has to do with the biological relation between you and your daughter. It's still very interesting, though.

If you are not biologically related to your daughter, then I have no idea why she has the same dream that you had.
