Blood in the sheets of my bed!!!

I have had this dream before, but i had not had it in a long long time that i can remember. Also i have been having major sleep problems lately and have been lying in bed awake from like 2-6 or 7 AM for several nights and waking up mid afternoon. Finally, i decided to go through a day on 3 hours sleep and just go to bed early for me at 11PM, and i woke up 5 hours later with the following dream... (mind you i am male and 19, still living at home with my parents)

I essentially am getting ready for bed, and my parents inform me about something that i can't recall fully but essentially it forces 3/4 of my bed to be dripping in blood. the other 1/4 I have to sleep on because I can't stand sleeping on or near the blood, and there is no other place for me to sleep. The blood stinks like crazy, and I fear it to no end, i fear everything about it. The two or three previous times i have had the dream, it usually ended with me getting up the next morning (me finding myself scrunched up on that side of the bed in real life) and just me getting ready for a usual day, then i wake up and have a usual day. Well this time, i was crying the whole time, i felt guilty, i was in the worst emotional pain i have ever felt and still am. I then woke up, walked over to the window, and the whole area behind my home was frozen over in ice and water as if it were the artic. All of a sudden, the water in the area went down the sewer as if it had been flushed down a toilet (best example i can offer though far from accurate) and then it slowly refilled and then a seal was out there on the ice and came over to my window (mind you i am on the second floor and the ice was packed as high), but as I went to pet it, my mom walked it, and when i turned back around its shape had changed into that of a semi-demomic (demonic is not the right word either, but it looked morbid/diseased maybe, i can't think of the word for it) looking skunk, like i didn't fear it though still at all, but my mom backed me away from it and said it was bad and i still went to pet it, and it effected my mom, but not me.

I have woke up, turned all the lights on and tried to find dream interpretations on my own, but i figured why not get other people to weigh in on the situation. I thank anyone for anything they can let me know about, also... i feel refreshed as if i have slept for days and I have only had like 5 hours. Thanks to anyone who can give me help!

19 is a bad age to have sleeping problems. Do you take part in sports, hobbies, or social activities?

Do you take any medicines for your sleep problems? Many medicines and drugs even sleeping pills can cause insomnia.
The dream suggests that you feel cold and uncomfortable in your sleep. Perhaps you thrash about and kick the covers off. Your dream tries to move you back under the covers:"essentially it forces 3/4 of my bed to be dripping in blood. the other 1/4 I have to sleep on because I can't stand sleeping on or near the blood, and there is no other place for me to sleep."
It is also possible that some food you eat before bedtime may upset you.
Perhaps you also have some personal problems to solve relating to girls?

Well, the thing is, is the bed is sectioned off the long way into four sections and i am not known to be a violent sleeper. Also, the past week has been all the time i have been having problems. Also like i said this is the third or fourth time i have had this dream in my life, so i don't know, i didn't eat before i slept, but like i said, i also feel refreshed even though it was only 5 hours of sleep. No medications, no food, i can't explain it. I was trying to search for symbolism in it, but i'm not familiar enough with dream interpretation.
