The things are out of my knowledge the dream is so mixed up!
I am in my house ,arguing with my father or something that heated me up.I became frustrated from the discussion and I said to him i hate my life and just want to kill myself . Soon after i ran outside n sat in my car (it wasn`t some mythical one just the one I own) . When I tried to start it , It started automatically and started moving in the reverse direction. I tried everything to stop it but it didnt . It then crashed with a wall of a house causing a great damage to the car. Then i got the car operational and speed it up in the streets , where a black cat crossed my way back and forth . The next thing i know is that im standing in a street , the car disappeared and then i saw a couple of cats attacking me , one of them is black and the other is white .First a white cat attacks me and then the black and i avoid both of them .Next thing i see is that two dogs are coming to attack me with the cats . p.s it was 4 : 31 AM the time when i woke up! All of a sudden I`m back in my car and i speed back home, parked the car and my dad is standing outside waiting for me , and i was saying fu** you dad now the car is damaged I hate this f***ing life, i hate everything , i felt so frustrated that i said to my father that i want to take my life ,i dont wana live.. Hi there,
I'm working on an interpretation of your dream but I need to ask you a few of questions. 1. Are you male or female? 2. Does this dream show your real life relationship with your dad? 3. Do you really hate your life and want to kill yourself? I hope that I am not being too personal. Thanks. |

I suspect that your relationship with your father influenced this dream but I don’t believe that it is what this dream is all about. If this dream is like most of the ones that I look at, it may have some real life references but it is actually meant to be taken symbolically rather than literally.
Recently, I have been seeing several dreams with mythological or religious themes. Quite often the theme of the dream will have very little to do with the actual beliefs of the dreamer. This is one of these dreams. As the dream opens, you are arguing with your dad. You tell him that you hate your life and want to die. He is the “terrible father” archetype that is so well expressed by Shiva, the destroyer. Shiva is the last in a male trinity of Hindu gods. There is Brahma the creator and Vishnu the preserver and, finally, Shiva the destroyer. After the world is destroyed, it is created once again by Brahma. Although all religions have a certain fascination, there is something about Hinduism. One of the most interesting and special gods has to be Shiva. Both he and his consort, Shakti Kundalini, have a particularly spiritual meaning for us – even if you are not a Hindu. The presence of Shiva or Shakti Kundalini in a dream is virtually a guarantee that the dream has something to do with a spiritual awakening. Back to the dream – As you wrote above, you told your father that you hate your life and want to kill yourself. Do you know what happened in this dream? You got your wish – sort of. However, I don’t believe that it was the real you who died; it was your ego. I hope that makes sense. Now we see a purpose for the presence of Shiva. In his own way, he encourages this death. But, what is so special about the death of the ego? It is special because it is the shaman’s death. Once the ego dies, the real you gets a chance to show himself. When you go outside and sit in the car, it starts up and begins moving backwards. This may mean that you are at odds with the direction that the world is going and want to go your own way. But, I believe that a more likely meaning is that you are rejecting this “call” to shamanize. Your car, which might be your vehicle to the other realm, runs into a wall. I’m not real sure what this signifies but it probably refers to the dreamer’s rejection of the call. The car is once more operational and you are driving. A black cat crosses your way back and forth. The black cat is another sign of shamanism. I usually associate black cats with the ability to astral travel or have an OBE. It crosses in front of you because it wants to be used. You do not use the car to travel to the other realm; therefore, you do not need it. So, you are next standing in a street. A white cat and a black cat attack you. You manage to avoid them but you a couple of dogs heading your way to attack you. This scene is due to your rejecting the call. I have already mentioned the black cat. The white cat is symbolic of the spirituality of your being called. The two dogs are the “hounds of hell.” When you rejected your call, you rejected them. They have the potential for being helpers and companions in your journey. %%% Definitely a powerful dream! I believe that you should start thinking about your being called. The job of a shaman is a difficult profession but it is a rewarding one. Probably not what you expected. Hope this helps. |
