tapeworm in head

so last night I had a very vivid dream that I pulled a 10 inch tapeworm out of the back of my head. It was very real as I felt is squirming and trying to crawl back into my head, and I was trying to pull it out without breaking it.

After I pulled it out in my dream I put it in a plastic ziplock back and took it to a doctor or something I think... It was trashing around like crazy in the bag... the "doctor" or I measured it which is how I knew it was 10 inches.

I have no idea what this could symbolize...
