Question BEES- I wake up screaming and more....

Hello,
I had yet another horrifying dream about bugs/insects.
For most of my life ive had dreams where i wake up screaming, and ive had enough.
Last night i had a dream, i was at my g-mothers house. on the corner of her driveway was a telephone pole, and infront was a bush with large peapods. earlier in the dream i had gone over to get a pod, and a bee landed on me i got away by brushing it off. However, later in the end i went again to get a pod, a bee landed on the back of my neck(right side) and then an even larger one on the black left side. they were caught in my hair. the most giant bees i think alive! at that point i was able to get the first one off, but, the second one was humming and giant and stuck in my hair. I looked up and a giant hive was hanging from the tree they all came after me.
In my dream i began to try to get it out of my hair. i felt it , i ran.
In real life, i was ransacking my hair trying to get it out. my poor husband, got the crap kicked out of him, lmao.
i started SCREAMING and i mean LOUD. I was flailing around vigorously, i ended up on top of him, i hit him with my elbows by accident, i was just screaming and screaming, and crying, oh yeah i always wake up crying in real life and dont know it, when i have these dreams.
the only time i was stung by a bee , was at my g-mothers house i was 7.
i have so many more dreams, bad ones, fighting and ill headbutt the wall, bugs, and ill fly out of bed, death, ive actually seen myself die!!!

neways, thanks for any input hope it wasnt too long,
Sincerly,
Lanora

Hi,
Your condition is not so rare! Many people have dreams where the splash about and land out with their fists. It is interesting to see sleepers wired up and watched on TV. Most of the time they don't know they move about in bed.
You could try a sleep clinic if you're frightened of hurting yourself or other people. There are some medicines that can help you.
Cheers Wolfjk

Hi,
A bee means a rich person or someone whose livelihoods is plenty.
A hive means a rich person.
Your neck means a place of your debts and promises. If the bee bit means you will receive a gift frm such a person.
Crying means a happiness on the way.
Death means a problem will be solved.
But screaming is not usually a good symbol ,
Good luck.

This dream has a very positive message.

You are at your grandmother’s house. Using Jungian psychology, your grandmother is probably a symbol of an archetype called the Great Mother or the Wise Old Woman. She is a mana personality. The mana personality, such as the Wise Old Woman , is source of power and wisdom. For more information on the mana personalities, see Myths-Dreams-Symbols . Your visit to her house probably means that you are incorporating the Wise Old Woman into your psyche and probably your consciousness. This is very good.

On the corner of her driveway is a telephone pole. In real life, the telephone poles might more properly be called utility poles. The may have electrical cable as well as telephone wires. But, this is not real life but a dream. Therefore, the telephone function of these poles carries information to other parts of the dreamer’s psyche.

But, these poles also have an electrical purpose. I believe that they symbolize the energy within your body – but not necessary an electrical energy. There is a universal energy that is within all of us called kundalini. The energy is kundalini and the electrical wires would symbolize the nadis (which are analogous to our nerves but are much more subtle).

There is a pea plant in front of her house (or the pole). When you go to pick a large peapod, a bee lands on the back of your neck on the right side and then an even larger bee lands on your neck on the left side. I believe that the peapod (or more likely a pea) is a symbol of the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland is “about the size of a pea.” Pituitary gland - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Thus, such an interpretation is not unreasonable.

So, what is so important about the pituitary gland? This gland is the location of the 6th chakra. It is also called the brow chakra or the 3rd eye. (Some sources give it as the 7th chakra but I believe that it is the 6th.) The size of the pod would be a symbol of its power.

A slightly different interpretation is that there would be that each pea in the pod would represent a chakra. This interpretation is also reasonable. I’m not sure which is correct.

But, what about the bees? Bees are like wasps and hornets in that they all make hives and they all sting. So, why did you dream about bees? Why not another insect? I believe that the answer is (1) the bees produce honey, which we humans are so fond of and (2) bees are famous for pollinating plants – another trait that is valued by people. Thus, bees can be a very positive symbol in a dream.

A couple of bees landed on the back of your neck – one on the right side and one on the left. If we accept that the bees are positive (and I believe that they are), then they must have some reason for being on your neck. I believe that their function is to help with the flow of energy through the neck chakra (the 5th chakra).

One bee gets stuck in the dreamer’s hair. Continuing with the same reasoning, the bee would be working on your 7th chakra (the crown chakra).

You see a giant hive hanging on a tree and the bees are flying towards you. I’ve already given my opinion that the bees are positive dream images. But, what about the tree? A tree is probably one of the most complicated of all dream symbols. It can have many meanings. It could be a symbol of the Self. It is a sign of the growing psychological and spiritual development of the dreamer. It could be a symbol of the spine. It is sometimes a ladder or a doorway for the shaman to travel to another world. It can have any meanings and most of them are positive.

All in all, I believe that this is a very encouraging dream.

Hope this helps.
