Exclamation Raped Reaccuring!!

ok this is a reaccuring nightmare that i have been having for the past 2 months...
and btw i dont ever see myself as myself in my dreams... i usually am the person seeing it all happen all the time...

so the dream i me in a dark room with one window with blinds over it... just a glimps of light lites the room... there is a bed right below the window.. i am sitting on the bed (btw i can see myself sitting there at this point, as if i am watching as an outsider) next thing i know there is a naked young man holding me comfortingly an di am now naked too.. the thing is i can tell i dont like what is going on... my eyes are full of fear but he seems so kind... then suddenly he is raping me violently... i open my mouth to scream but nohting comes out (at this point i switch back and forth from being an outsider wathcing... and myself being raped) i reach up my hand to grasp at nothing as i try to scream again... and it hurts...
then i wake up shaking with my mouth open in a silent scream my body violently trembling, sweating, it takes me a long while to realize it wasnt really happening but then i panic for the rest of the night.
i have become afraid of falling asleep
the entire thing feels so real and i am in pain when i wake up
and it is the same dream every night
and due to these dreams i have become extremly jumpy and skitish towards everyone and everything... i twitch at the slightest noises

If you feel pain when you wake up you can be sure it was the pain that caused the dream. The best thing is to examine your body and see where the pain is when you wake up and what could have caused it. It may be down to sleeping position, may be sleep apnea, or indigestion. However if you can't establish where the pain is the best course of action is to see your doctor.
When there is real pain after waking up, one does not look for meaning but for cause.
I hope you sort it out.
Cheers Wolfjk
