I'm a new member whos looking for some help with my dreams. I keep having dreams where it feels like I'm active all night. I'm fighting with people, demons, everything. I'm running away from something or I'm trying to help someone. It changes but it's always disturbing. Alot of the time when I'm fighting I end up disturbingly hurting the other person. I chop up humans i fight, i stab them I shoot them. I'm always hurting someone. But the weird thing is the ones i'm hurting are the bad guys. I wake up and i'm exusted and sometimes sore. I'm aware of whats going on in the dream and activly take parts. sometimes i'm multiple people, but what i'm doing in my dream, I'm doing it. I also try to wake from my dream and when i do i'm still in it. even though i'm awake. like it's all there in my room. people, demons, animals. This is all very vauge and has been happening over time. A long time but now i'm just fed up with it. I go to sleep and wake up and i'm more tired then i went to sleep. I just want to face whatever i need to and get it over with and be done. please respond.

Hi Truth -
An interesting post. I suggest that you are very active right now in your astral body. Maybe you know this already? If not, it is the body of consciousness that is most alive during 'dreamtime'. You can research yourself on the web - there is a lot of info about these states. If you are at all predisposed to any spiritual/religious tradition, esoteric teachings, magic or paranormal phenomena, perhaps this terminology will be familiar. More importantly, I think it is highly significant that you say you are fed up with this. No doubt! You are working very hard. But have you not invited it upon yourself? You have set yourself up for something big. But you know that already. You say "I just want to face whatever I need to and get it over with and be done". Do you know what you need to face? Your username is "truth". Hmmm - no wonder you are spending all your nights in battle and waking up exhausted! It makes perfect sense to me. I am interested in who you are, and also who you think you are. This is key to it all. I would be more than happy to discuss further. How long have these dreams been going on, btw? Hello Truth,
Sounds like you are exhausted from these dreams. I won't analyse them or suggest why you are having such dreams, but I may have some ideas about how to calm them. Sounds like you are lucid in your dreams. This will be a great help for you. First remember in a dream that fear seems to feed more fear. If there is something chasing or trying to get you, the more you react in fear, the more energy it gives the attacker. You won't ever be able to fight it. You end up just thrashing about and waking up exhausted. Stay calm and don't lash out in fear. There are a couple of things you can try. Speak clearly in your head (don't try to speak with your mouth, nothing comes out) a firm NO. You can tell any nasty thing in your dream to get out. Tell it that you didn't invite it and you want it to go. You are in control of your dreams. Also try to imagine a bubble of bright light around you. (Do this while you are awake as well - walking along the street or something.) Imagine this bright light will protect you and keep unwanted energies out. Don't fight. Put up your hands and imagine bright light coming out of your hands. Dark beings in your dreams cannot stand the light. Tell it to go back to the light. Keep repeating this. Stand firm and above all else don't succumb to fear. The more you are able to do this, the more confident you will be in your dreams and you will feel in control. Remember you are a powerful, spiritual being and have the ability to control your own dreams. Although such dreams may seem dreadful, they can be a blessing if you make them work to your advantage to become stronger. Face them and get rid of them yourself. Only you can do this. If you manage to do this, then please let me know. I hope it will be of some help for you. Good luck to you. Best regards, idgy
