recurring dreams with bad spirits

My girlfriend has been having these nightmares where these 2 spirits constantly harrass her by calling her names, touch her, trick her into thinking that she's waking up, and they take her voice away. When I'm with her, I able to know when she's having these bad dreams and I wake up her up and the spirits don't bother her when I'm around. Recently, the dreams have been getting worse. I am currently away from her. The spirits have now begun pinching her, scratching her, and getting more aggressive. Can someone interpret these dreams or give me some insight?

When I'm with her, I able to know when she's having these bad dreams and I wake up her up and the spirits don't bother her when I'm around.

My guess is that your girlfriend is lying on her back when she has these dream. The dreams are caused by breathing difficulty and the need to change sleeping position. You have no need to wake her up! If she has her hand on her chest or stomach slowly move her ands to her side, or if she is lying on her back and dreaming restless, apply gentle pressure on her upper arm, this will turn her over and change her dream.

The spirits have now begun pinching her, scratching her, and getting more aggressive.

There are no spirits! Her dreams make her pinch and scratch herself. Perhaps she needs to change sleeping positions often in sleep? Stress at work or in the family often cause this problem. If she has arguments with her co workers, teachers, or family members and frustrated, that often impacts on dreams.
