ok i know people say the paralized thing is a dream and its normal, nothing bad. i think that a spirt or something is trying to get you when you are at your weakest state of mind. sleeping and in a dream right. i noticed i get these dreams when im not doing to good in life. when im furthest away from god and the rules i should live by.
i was up late one night and i was the last person awake in the house. i was very tierd and i was still fighting my sleep. finally my eyes closed and i lost consiousness. the second i did that i heard a creek at the bottom of the stairs that woke me up instantly. i was soo tierd that i fell back to sleep. And when i did that the next step made a creek. i was trying to fight my sleep and i could hear something very heavy sneeking up the stairs. after about 12 steps i could feel something very big and powerfull behind my locked door. i could feel the energy raidiating under the door and pulsing. the next thing i remember is that i was parilized and i could not move. at first i paniced and then i started to pray. "in the name of jesus christ please help me. i condem this evil in the name of jesus christ" When i did this i heard the horrible noise that was trying to confuse my thoughts.it sounded like something talking a million words a second with like bees in the background. it was loud enough where i couldnt hear myself pray. the louder i prayed, the louder the noise got. I was brodcasting my prayers as loud as i could and the noise just got louder and louder. i then thought if i get my wifes attention the deamon or devil will be scared of her because she is close to god and it would be scared of her faith. i used every bit of energy to yell screem kick move trying to touch her and wake her. at this time she woke up and noticed that i was having some kind of dream and i looked like i was fighting. she said my mouth was puckerd up and i was trying to talk. as she looked closer my mouth opened up and this deep demon sound came out like in the scary movies. she screemed and pushed me instantly! i snapped out of it and thanked her and told her how much i was trying to wake her. every now and then i get parilized in my sleep and i fight it harder than ever |

Hi,
This dream is very common, it effects many people. The dream is caused by gettin over tired and sleeping on your back! The dream is trying to wake you up from a bad sleeping position. It has nothing to do with either devil or Jesus. The dream is created by your own subconscious mind to frighten you awke! Have a look at some of the other dreams on this forum! I had a long day, went to lay down just to relax. I was on my back and NEVER sleep on my back. I heard my phone ringing and I felt like I was paralyzed. I wanted to get up and answer it, but I couldn't move. Thanks for that tid-bit!

I had som sort of the same as a child i was awake and remembered i had paralized thing, i thought it were demons, so i was talking to myself and was provoking myself. So i said to myself: Ok look ill put my right hand here aside of my head and if it was a demon i shoudnt be able to move my hand. I did it and coudnt pull it away like somthing was holding my wrist i coud move my shoulder and all my legs neck whatever. I grabbed my stuck right hand with my other hand and coudnt pull it away so i did the same with my left hand and also coudnt move it i was trying to pull it loose but coudnt. It had no use and i coudnt scream, i felt asleep like that and the next morning it was gone. I never did it again for years, till som time ago but then nothing happend, luckily...

I've haven't had nightmares like that before. Normally I notice something is very odd and realize im asleep because i think "What was the thing i was doing just a moment ago?" If I try to snap out of a dream after I realize I'm sleeping its very odd for me. I am still in my dream, or my head is in my dream but all other senses are tuned to the outside world. I can feel the sheets, I can feel the position of my body, but its my state of mind or so........ I really don't know. I cant describe it. The closest thing I can think of is the movie Sphere, where they realize they are in the ship but looks like they are elsewhere.
Dreams that do wake me up are actually simple ones. For example. One night Scooby-Doo and Shaggy came into my room through the window and told me I had to get up and go. There was a mystery to be solved. So I actually wake up, get out of bed, and I'm halfway down the hall before I realize "Wait, What the heck am I doing?" Then I curse my brain for its trickery and go back to sleep. |
