It first started off with me going into my moms room, sitting down next to her and asking 'Why is your window opened?' Because we normally have the A.C opened. She said it was cooler outside.
Later we were having a house party, and I was with my dad(I have no clue what he looks like, but there was a feeling) and people were walking in with costumes on. It was sorta like a party, yet my dad and I were selling things to people. Anyways, there was one guy who I saw as extremly attractive, and he walked over to my cousin and began to talk to her. I felt jealous, but encouraged her to keep talking to him. After the party was finished people were pretty scared and left frantically. I was all by myself, and then all the power went out due to a thunderstorm. I'm quickly trying to find my dad, but I see bodies laying out on the ground as if they've been electrocuted. Quickly, I leave the house, I jump from the second floor, which magnifyed my fear of heights, and run down the street. As I was running the street looked like a street I used to live on, and on every corner was a stone house. In each of the stone houses someone was screaming out for help. I kept running, as I ran past three girls who took the right street, as I took the left. The left street was a long and narrow path with a slight curve. Now a part of me knew I was being chased, so I quickly hopped into the woods afraid that someone would see me. All I knew was if I left this state I'd be protected. All of the sudden, theres like this huge rope that raps itself around me. I quickly look behind me and it was the attractive guy from the party still dressed up. Automatically we continued to run. As we got closer to leaving the state, this guy dressed like the phantom from Phantom of the Opera(Which I haven't seen in 5 years) tazes us with a tazer gun. I hear tons of glass, only to wake up to being enclosed in a tight glass box with the guy I met from the party. At the end of my dream, I hear an old womans voice, And I wont forget three main things she said. He had six children, six stone caves, and six carpets. His children made each cave into a home. As she said that the phantom looking guy walked into his home, that looked like a stone castle. I woke up really shooken up because not only did it feel real, but there was this huge sense of feeling abandoned.(I got up 10 minutes ago) Help would be appreciated. |

You may have been in a "party scene" that you no longer want to be a part of. You are seeing that people can act a little crazy when they are intoxicated. If you can avoid the men you had nightmares of, then do so.
I also think the costume party represents you seeing things beyond the facade. Everyone is dressed up as someone else and that fact comes through in your dream, that people are not as they appear. The looks of things are very different from the truth as you see. The fact that you were seen through glass shows that you are more genuine and honest than some of the men you used to know and also that you feel you are being watched and used as entertainment for a crowd you've outgrown of. The attractive man shows you that he isn't as nice as he seems. This theme runs throughout the dreams showing your rebellion against judging people by their appearance. It is as if this handsome man gets a lot of attention based upon his looks and also isn't as kind as he appears. The sense I get is that you are seeing some popular group of people for what they are, superficial and shallow. Your nightmare won't come true...it is simply a reflection of the fact that you are ready to move on, from a "high school" environment, and find more intellectually stimulating friends. Have a nice day. ![]() |
