| Nightmares! Horrors in the night? Do you wake up screaming, or wish you hadn't fell asleep in the first place? Post it here, or if you are good at helping folks interpret these kind of dreams, then do so here. Maybe you will get a good night's sleep. ; |

Dear Dragoonjefy,
I’m wondering if you were on the verge or an out of body experience. The buzzing sound you heard is commonly reported with OBE. Obviously you cannot move or speak because of sleep paralysis. Try to relax and stay calm. Feel yourself awake and asleep at the same time. Don’t try to move or thrash around to wake up. You will find the more still you lay, the harder it actually is to stay in that state. Maybe try some experiments. Think with your mind to lift your hand. Don’t try to lift your physical hand, it won’t move. Think it, and you will find yourself lifting a hand, but knowing your physical hand is laying by your side. (Did that make any sense?) Also watch your mind and see how much more clear it is in this state – it moves much quicker and is much more sharp. Don’t try to whiz away from your body, I’m not really sure if astro projection is that wise to do if you cannot protect yourself first. Let me know if you do this next time. Cheers, idgy
