Witnessing Murder/Suicide??

I've been getting this same nightmare over the past week. So, I'll be doing some random thing but all of a sudden, the room will turn into some dark, disgusting locker room. One of the shower heads is on and gets me wet so I leave the room. I end up in some dark abandoned asylum/hospital and there is a dark shadow female figure at the end of the hallway. I turn away but see a huge window in front of me. Some green puke falls from the ceiling and the body of a woman falls from the sky and is hanging by a rope around her neck.

I wonder if it can be murder because one of the nights after her body fell from the sky, some force yanked her body back up. Last night I had the same dream again so I tried to cover my eyes with my hand from witnessing that death. The ghost from the hallway removed my hands away from my eyes and I saw a quick glimpse of the hallway ghost. She was a young dead little dark blonde girl with pale skin showing signs of deterioration. Then I had puke fall on me and saw the suicide/murder again.

So...what's up with this nightmare?

Mental hospitals before the book, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, were very unpleasant places. They used to subject the patients to electric shock treatments, solitary confinement in padded rooms, and lobotomies. The institutionalization of the mentally ill was ended when Reagan released people...who now mostly live on the streets. To be honest, people would rather be homeless than deal with that. However, fortunately, the word is out about the horrors of yesteryear and the places are more pleasant now, but still creepy.
Seeing the woman hanged, but being unsure if it was a suicide is probably keying you into a deceptive situation in which you see that if the girl did herself in that someone else might have encouraged it. The fact that puke is falling from the ceiling shows that you are disgusted and grossed-out by the deplorable conditions you saw there.
