| Nightmares! Horrors in the night? Do you wake up screaming, or wish you hadn't fell asleep in the first place? Post it here, or if you are good at helping folks interpret these kind of dreams, then do so here. Maybe you will get a good night's sleep. ; |

Hello again Shooting Star...
I am only voicing my opinion based on my own experiences and what little bit of knowledge I have acquired thus far. As far as you talking in your sleep...I do not do this often (to my knowledge). Every once in awhile I feel as though I might be saying something upon waking...but it is hard to tell. I would not worry about talking in your sleep. I had a close friend growing up who use to talk in her sleep all the time. Like the good friend that I was...I use to mess with her when she would do this...and start asking her random questions to see what she would say. She eventually grew out of this and never reported any harm from talking in her sleep. As far as a shooting star...not sure what that may represent. It seems to be a spiritual symbol and one that is in motion. Perhaps Spiritual movement? Bridges connect two points together. Depending on what is on either side of the bridge is the real question. Bridges are links...which can be anything...depending on other symbols in the dream. They general denote a concept of two realms or two different sets of time. Sorry I cannot give you any more information on the matter. Be well. |

Hi,
From your description of your dream and the circumstances of dreaming it, it is definitely a sleep paralysis dream. Quote:
In this position breathing becomes difficult, you are gasping for air, moaning and snoring. Sometimes you even stop breathing for a few seconds. Your subconscious creates a dream that literally frightens you awake. The figures you see are created by your own subconscious!! Quote:
You can try an experiment by lying on your back whil trying to keep awake. After a short time you will feel your chest getting tighter. Cheers Wolfjk
