Ugh - horrible dream!!

This is my first post, so please bear with me...

I dreamed last night that I was riding somewhere in a golf cart with my boss and a lioness walked out of the trees, eating a squirrel as we drove past. As the open golf cart passed her, she shook her head and what appeared to be drops of foamy saliva spattered across my arm and leg. A short time later I realized that these 'spatters' were actually small white bugs that were digging into my skin and multiplying - creating large lumps that would break open, only to scatter more bugs that would then begin the process again, digging into my skin in another spot. This continued until I had large pulsing bumps all over my body that would occasionally erupt, spewing out more white bugs. I dreamed that these bugs could be pulled or peeled off of my skin on the outside, but once inside they had to be cut out, or I would have to wait for the bump to burst. I went to the doctor and they did xrays, which I viewed under a microscope, and you could see parts of my body sectioning off and 'disappearing' into the bug lumps. I recall the doctor saying it was irreversable and they would 'lose me'.
I woke up abruptly and was still - but the dream kept on - I was sure I could 'feel' these lumps on my body. I had to literally make myself get out of bed and go look in the mirror before I could shake myself into reality.
This dream really really disturbed me and has been with me all morning - I didn't sleep after it at all.
Any ideas what it means??

Hi,
A small but powerful car driving means doing a buisness as you said.
A squirrel means a rich stranger person, A lion means a politician who will overcome the rich stranger and will seize his/her money.
A lion saliva or a dogs mouth water on you means someone will annoy you too, the same political person.Your arm means your brother and your legs mean your work and your earnings , blumps mean money but the bugs are the people will use your money.
