I start dreaming as soon as I closed my eyes and it lasts till I wake up. I am having all sorted dream most of them I still remember and some of them is happening in real on the follwing days. I would like to have a peace full sleep; anyone can provide me any advice to achieve it?

I think to dream a lot is ok. It gives your mind time to relieve any anxities from your everyday life. If you are suffering still in the day the perhaps you need to see a doctor. You may have clinical anxiety. You may not. They could even refer you further to someone who knows more. If you can afford it- buy a well recommended book on sleep and dreaming. The more you know the easier it will become to combat it.

On a practical level. try relaxation exercises.

lay down, breath in to the count of 7 and out to the count of 11, for 10 minutes, along to something you find relaxing, music or sounds.

Concentrate on your breathing, the way your body feels laying down, does it feel warm, or heavy?

try to let all thought pass from your mind and concentrate on your breathing, the music or even a special place you can imagine where you feel relaxed.

This has worked very well for me in the past when i suffered similar problems.
