violent dreams...killing and dying

Ok, so I consider myself a NICE person, but I've had dreams that are really violent. For example, I dreamt that I killed a girl by beating her up with a desk. It wasn't anyone I knew, it was just some random girl. Another dream was of me killing someone and cutting them up to pieces and distributing their body parts all over the city where I live. Then just the other night, I had this dream that I was getting a heart transplant, and for some reason, they put me on life support because they couldn't find another heart, or the one they had didn't match. Not too sure about the details. I did watch that one movie "awake" a while back, but I often have dreams where I'm already dead and I'm looking at myself inside a coffin. anyone else have these experiences?

I dont kno y we dream lyke dat but yeah i have dreamed of killing n bein killed a lot. Sometimez i dream dat i am immortal i guess. I'd get shot lyke 3~5timez n wont die. And itz lyke i feel da bulletz burn 4real even though itz a dream.

I had a dream once that I brutally murdered my ex-boyfriend and a "friend" of his while I was going out with him. The dream scared me to death because I was very much in love with him at the time, and I would never hurt him.

I would later find out that he cheated on me with said friend, and we broke up. Honestly, I can't say I was surprised; I think the dream was a manifestation of that intuitive knowledge and how hurt it made me feel, even though I was denying that I knew and that it was happening.

Murder in dreams is often a sign of intense frustration and the repression of strong emotion towards a subject. It is NOT a sign that you will become a violent psychopath or kill anyone.

Consequently, being the victim of the murder is often a sign that you feel helpless in a situation, or that you have lost control of some aspect of your life.

I've often felt that I repress my emotions and they somehow manifest themeselves in my dreams. Although, my dreams come out really violent, sometimes even scary.
