Default sick nightmare

really sick. The person who had this dream is not violent in any way, and is actually shy.

-In the nightmare, he goes around kidnapping guys and soaking them in huge tubs of water until the shrivel up. He feeds them very little food , just enough to keep them alive. He then lays them(alive) on a big dirty table wrapped in brown paper towels and proceeds to eat them. He does this over and over again.

- Next nightmare he gets into a fight with someone who stole a prize from him. They start hitting each other and he knocks the other guy down. He tries to rip out his jaw with his hands but he cant so he then puts the heel of hit foot in the mans mouth, and breaks his jaw that way, then he rips it out.

He has violent dreams really often but he's actually not a violent person at all. The dreams are still extremely gruesome and disturbing. Any input would be great, we wanna figure out what it may mean or if he should see a psychiatrist. thanks

Default Busted!

lol

repressed aggression, would be my first guess. maybe he/you isn't/aren't meek by nature.

i'm extremely nonviolent, i've never even punched someone; however, i have dreams on occasion of wounding people, breaking dishes over someone's head, etc.

granted this does not compare with cannibalism, but that's the difference between Hostel and Cinderella. your mind can only use what it has access to.

it's not that odd. and based on what was said, it doesn't seem like there is much to worry about.

unless he/you doesn't/don't watch gory movies and his/your mind came up with that **** on his/your own. that would be very bad. especially the cannibalism bit.

Hi,
Your dreams are very similar to dreams allof us have in very deep sleep, the only difference is that most of us don't remember these violent dreams, and dont thrash about in bed.
In time these dreams could be dangerous to yourself as you might end up sleepwalking. The dreams will also impact on your partner or whoever you might share a bed in the future.
No one is suggesting you are a psycho, however you could see a dream clinic where they can observe you while you sleep and help you with advice or sleep medicine.
Cheers Wolfjk

Default Commuter Games

Does the dreamer play violent computer games or watch horror movies? If so, you have your answer.
