frightening dream with nothing scary in it?

since i was 8 years old i have had this repeating dream thats quite hard to explain. it starts off as a tiny dot going slow but gets faster and faster and bigger and bigger and the bigger it gets the more frightened i feel, during the dream i can hear this strange buzzing and actually feel a sickness feeling in my stomach. i am now 24 and sometimes still get this dream which makes me feel too frightened to go back to sleep as i can feel that its going to happen again?

I have had a dream where I was looking at a door. Just a closed door. In my mind it was a pantry door in a kitchen. I was in front of it and just kept looking at it, almost as if it were watching it on TV or something. As I was watching it I was becoming more and more scared. The dream was silent too, almost that kind of deafening silence. There was a vague rumbling with almost a high pitch noise in the background. Nothing happened except that the sounds got louder and louder until I woke up from fear. All I was doing was looking at the door.
