Help! A Week Of Nightmares What Do I Do?!!

i HAVE BEEN HAVING BAD DREAMS SINCE THIS ONE, WHICH WAS LAST WEEKEND. I RECENTLY HAD ANOTHER PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Dream I

“There is a code C in the building, I repeat, a code C in the building…” I freak out “two men wearing normal clothes are in the school.” I feel like its school but at this sound I open my eyes to my room its morning.

I immediately panic I think about places to hide, under the bed in the guest room, under the bed in mom’s room, their closet my closet. So I run to mom’s room first but in there is dad sleeping and two children, it seems like I know them, I look at them like what are you doing, I nix it off and run into the closet to find some room, the closet seems torn out bits and pieces of its structure is gone and no where to hide, I walk out of there to find dad crawling under the bed with the two kids.

I leave that room and go back to my room but as I do I see a large, pale young man wearing black from head to toe, I scram into my room but as I see he goes for the guest room where mom is and another two children are, I let out a yelp “mom!” but it comes out very low and husky. He turns immediately even though mom hadn’t heard, I dart into my room and he follows like the wind. My mind is ablaze as he comes near me, I am pushed onto the bed and I kick him hard, he has taken it.

He comes again and I try to kick him again but he pulls me up and sends me flying across the room, he says “I can not bleed” it was out of place. I get up and he grabs me around my wrists my first reaction is ‘bite’ he screams and all of a sudden the white razor sharp smile he had had turned to a pick and blood came rolling from his gums, he screams “I CAN NOT BLEED!!!” like he can but it is bad if that happens.

I run to the guest room where my mom's so calm I scream “steel Cross!” she doesn’t move, “Steel Cross!!” she doesn’t flinch “MOM! I NEED A STEEL CROSS!!!” then she says “get it yourself.” I get out of that room and as I run to my parents room the man is standing in the doorway and dad is looking at him like what are you doing, he swats dad like a fly and then turns to see me. His hair was a shiny black and his face was almost snow, his eyes were black, his mouth was finely developed besides the sharpness of it and his nose was thin, his body shape was gorgeous and he was tall, very tall! He moves in and I run in too I run for the jewelry drawers but just as I do I am stopped with a sharp pain by my trapezius, or right between the beginning of my neck and my shoulder. I feel teeth sink in and rip and tear, emotionlessly. I admit defeat.

Dream II

Night of March 9, 2008

I was getting dropped off at a small house with a large steep front yard and a big green tree in the front, I was happy and the day was beautiful. I saw the two kids, a girl the oldest and a boy the younger one. (I think there was another one, but they’re all I remember)

I walk up to them and the car drives away, suddenly I sense something from behind, I turn and spot a small fast traveling shadow, it immediately struck me as danger so I yelled to the kids to run inside! All of a sudden I fell and when I tried to get up I felt like I was pulling up four people on top of me.

I reached out but wasn’t going to call the others to help because I was responsible for them, not them for me. I felt like the blood pumping in my body was about to burst and I was trying with all of my might to pick myself up off of the front lawn, a pressured feeling. The shadow hadn’t reached me when I gathered as much of my strength as I could and I hoist myself up and pounce like a cat to the front door of this house, which was inevitably red. I slammed the door shut and the kids ran upstairs and I collapsed on the floor. I couldn’t do much.

All of a sudden the shadow, which had now turned into a dark female silhouette, she started whispering to me from outside the window (I was between the door and the doors side window and a window in the room to the side of it) she said to me “you can only protect those close to you, I can get in through the back of the house and attack everyone!” her voice was soft, quiet but evil.

I immediately looked up to the top of the stairs where the boy was and he ran down to me and passed through immediately into my (sort of) barrier/shield I had around me. He hugged me and sat next to me. Then I saw the girl at the top of the stairs, but I also spotted their dog coming from the kitchen to the foyer. I made a notion to her and she understood the dog (who was cute and small) came around to try to lick her but she jumped over it and passed through the barrier.

The dog disappeared and I layed back on the hard floor exhausted. The voice came again whispering through the window “you can’t keep this up long, you’ll get tired, so tired, you’ll have to stop…” I had looked away from her up until now but when I turn over to see her, she’s a young girl, younger than me with short hair, she’s still in shadow.

She repeats what she said before and I recoil into a small curled up position, trying to keep up this “barrier” soon I realize that we’ll never get out of this without leaving, so I grab everyone and now I can walk perfectly, we run to their mother’s car (I don’t have a license) a plum mini-van and we drive away.

Hello Raindrops....both dreams seem to indicate that you feel responsible for keeping others safe and free from harm. You have a lot of stress about this because you often find it burdensome and it weighs you down. You maintain your strength but inside you are hurting and tired. You may possibly feel as though you are not supported emotionally by your parents, and in fact, you seem to be parentified in many ways. I am unsure if you are a teenager, but the themes in your dream seem to indicate that you are (vampires...dark shadows, etc). You are going through many changes right now and you are not sure how to deal with these changes. Instead of feeling (bleeding) you stuff your emotions and put up a guard so no one can see what is going on inside you. The red door does seem similar to a stop sign. I believe you need to reflect on what you are going through right now, find some trusted supports to talk to and no longer hide your confusion, anger and frustration. You need to deal with these emotions in an appropriate manner and as they come. You can certainly still help people, but do so when you are better balanced emotionally, physically and mentally. It is only then that you will truly be able to help others. Best wishes to you dear.

You had replied to one of the posts that i had made and you were very helpful and i hope i can be for you. This sounds like you have some trust issues. You may feel as though your parents are no longer you life line. you are becoming more independent from them now and i think this frightens you. it sounds like you feel like you have no where to turn and you are alone in whatever changes you are going through. you are a person who puts others needs first and is neglecting your own needs in life. my advice to you is to try and do more for yourself and put others last for now. sit down with your parents and maybe they can give you some reassurance that they are always going to be there for you no matter how much you have grown. which is absolutley true. try and do some relaxing thinking before you go to sleep and maybe even start a journal if you dont already have one about how you feel before you go to sleep or how you felt that day. that will help you release some of your tension and fears.
