death dream

ok I had this disturbing dream. I was in this old house. The house was black the outside and also the inside and all the furniture in it was also black. Everyone I knew was in this house and everyone was dressed in black including me. I see my x there and I'm suddenly in a rage and I am yelling at him and swearing at him in Spanish. I begin to realize that the more I swear and come at him the weaker he becomes and I keep doing this and I love the feeling and I'm becoming stronger and I feel so good and then he dies and I turn to the next person and continue doing the same thing and they die instantly. I know what I am doing is wrong and I can't seem to stop because the more I do it the better I feel it's like I'm someone else. The people that were in the house are people I work with my friends my family everyone I come in contact with everyday. One by one I kill them all off. While I am doing this I am in a state of grief and shock because everyone I know is dead but I can't make myself stop. I killed everyone my kids my family my friends my bosses my co workers everyone dies. I could have made myself wake up whenever I wanted to but I wanted to see what would happen when I have dreams of death they come true so I wanted to know. In the end I made myself wake up. When I went back to sleep I kept on having other dreams about people dying
When I woke up in the morning I told my best friend about the dreams and she told me her girlfriend had a similar dream. her dreams went like this she's in a house same like mine. A black house full of black furniture and everyone she knows is there Everyone is dressed in black and they come up to her she has to choose who lives or dies even tho she doesn't want to. She goes on doing this till everyone is dead except her brother and sister and she cant make herself choose who is to die so she makes herself wake up. This dreams scared me and the fact that she had a similar dream scared me even more. That same day I heard an older lady talking to her friends about the awful dreams she had at last night and how they were about death and how she prayed to god to stop the dreams. I wonder what these dreams mean and if they are similar for a reason I hope someone could help thanks

It kinda sucks that no one knows why I dreamt this. Anyone I ask about has nothing to sat I just find it scary that I could do this feel such power and satisfaction from killing and then feel remorse yet still be unable to stop I was like a tornado. It scared me that my friend had a similar dreams and then that lady I work with. I dunno maybe it's just a coincidence but I would still like to know what the dream meant.

Yours is a very unusual dream. However violence is part of many dreams. My experience is that violent dreams like yours happen in deep sleep and we don't remember them. At odd times when there is something interferring with the system these dreams come to the surface.
The essential job of extrem violence in dreams is to bring the sleeper out of deep sleep to nearer waking.

As you see from the above quote from your dream, you are trying to wake up but something holding you back. What is it? I can't answer this question as only you know your own circumstances. It could be too much stress, too much work, an illness or more likely some medicine or some drug.
The dream does not mean or predict anything, it just your own subconscious coaxing you to wake up.
