Losing teeth

I keep having unpleasant dreams about my teeth crashing.

It goes like this:

1) I have a sudden urge to close my mouth. There is no special environment.
2) I try to close my mouth, but there is something in the way. It is teeth.
3) The urge to close my mouth is growing, and I do close it.
4) A feeling of pain and dissapointment arises. My teeth are shattered and destroyed.
5) I have a feeling of regret for closing the mouth. I would do anything to have my teeth back

I wake up, feeling happy that my teeth are intact.

I have been having these dreams from a very young age. I have only 1 filling in a tooth, it has been even longer time, since I have gotten it. I do not have any problems with my teeth.

I would really like to know what this scenario means, and how it could be interpreted. Thank you.

Hi,
These are waking dreams. Your subconscious is using the fear of losing your teeth to wake you in the mornings.
It was probably drilled into you at a young age to look after your teeth. That is the reason for having these dreams.
However it is possible tat you're under some pressure at present, and onnoyed with someone around you and you grind your teeth at night.
