Throwing up lots of little spiders

I keep having this reacurring dream. Same plot but different story.

I was one of selected individuals to work a special project against some demon. The scenery was a corporate building. We were all following my new boss (someone I had in the past) we were heading into an elevator, I got behind the crowd when I see a women and realize this is the very person we are to keep confined. She was about to kill me when I said not to hurt me because I've been cantaminated to prove it I started throwing up massive little live black spiders...than the whole group got contaminated too.

What does this mean?

If it is a reoccurring dream you have to stop eating or drinking something that causes it!
The dream suggests that you feel like throwing up in your sleep, and also feel dizzy. Something is causing it! I don't know anything about your life, but I know dreams are trying to help you.

If one dreamt vomited and it was blood means he will have a big loss.
If dreamt vomited and easily threw up means he will feel sorry for sins , if couldn't throw up means a disaster and a big loss.

If dreamt there was a worm or other insect was getting out of his mouth means his wife or g/f will separate him.
