| Nightmares! Horrors in the night? Do you wake up screaming, or wish you hadn't fell asleep in the first place? Post it here, or if you are good at helping folks interpret these kind of dreams, then do so here. Maybe you will get a good night's sleep. ; |

I usually wake up at night, last night being no different except I woke up 3 times and went back to the same nightmare, each time, like I had paused a movie. I drempt the I got a phone call that I had to ID my 10year old sons body. I never actually got to the mortuary. I did dream that I went back to wrok the next day, I could't stay after only an hour, in the dream I wigged out. I cried a lot. I don't recall much else. I had dream of death before but never my only son. I prayed each time I woke up to keep my son safe. I can't get this dream out of my head........

Hi,
A sorrow will be over, or a danger will pass. Good luck.

Dear Trinitysng
Try not to dwell on this dream too much. I believe that dreams sometimes show us our greatest fears. Loosing a child is every parents worst nightmare. I often dream that I have left my little girl somewhere on her own. I am frantically looking for her, but can’t find her. It’s your natural desire to want to protect your child at all costs. I’m not sure how you get past these types of dreams as you will always feel this way about your child. The only thing you can do is to not dwell on the dream during your waking hours. Don’t even consider it being a premonition and recognise it as fear of separation. Realise your emotions in this dream are natural for any parent.
