I had a dream in which I was sexual with my mother.
EXTREMELY ODD.
And I feel pretty freaky, too.

Also, in the dream, there were sexual toys used. Eh....

Hi,
Your dream suggests that you were feeling aroused near morning, and probably needing to use the toilet. The dream woke you up with this strange dream. The improbability of the dream, and the taboo subject woke you.
However it is possible that you thought of using sex toys, or talked about them with your friends previous to this dream.
