Hi,
Relax!

It is your subconscious playing tricks on you. These things can happen in the first 30 minute after going to sleep, or in the last few minutes before waking up. These are times when you are in between sleep and waking. If it happens soon after going to sleep, it is the way the body adjusts to the new condition. However if the dreams happen near morning, they are waking dreams. Your own subconscious uses the easiest and quickes way to engage the brain in the morning.
I think you should dismiss the idea that there is sombody or something else in your bedroom. It is your playful subconscious that is doing it.
