Waterslide to alligator

I am in a waterslide that is endless as I go along I see news reports that there is an earthquake that is destroying the waterslide ahead I see the tube breaking apart I grab the rubber liner at the bottom of the tube and as I grab it the section I am in breaks apart but the rubber lining lowers me to the ground. As I am going down I look off to the right and see 2 friends that are poking something in an above ground pool. I land on the ground and look over to start going to where I had seen my friends. They are gone and I am surrounded by alligators. They start to approach me and as they approach they grow bigger. My dream self shows no outward fear but some part of me rebelled and woke me up. Not all that scary but for some reason this one has stayed with me for 3 days now it is just as vivid as when I first woke up from it. Any Ideas?

This sounds job-related (but not necessarily so) in which there is a constant threat of redundancy (possibly) looming. On recognizing this threat you take remedial action (for your own self-preservation) and although this helped it was less than you anticipated but it was a life-line. Associates of yours appear to have gone their own way and you are now out of contact with them which disappoints you. It looks as if you are being accused of something but whatever the proplem is it is beginning to escalate and you retaliate.
