Default jackals in the fireplace

One month ago I went through something that will forever change my live. My twin sons die. I have been dealing with it in my own ways and I know that I'm okay and everything happens for a reason. I try not to be sad all day and mope around I have another little girl that would notice, and a boyfriend that as hard as he tries, he's just emotionally retarded. Anyway, due to lack of emotion or expression of whats going on inside of my head, I think my dreams are haunting me. I wake up screaming, crying and covered in cold sweat. This is a nightly thing. At first I thought it would pass. But one month to the day and I know this is not going away.
Last night, a few hours ago, I dreamed that I was hiding and running and fortifing myself and the people that I love against an attack. I was in a very large house that I had never seen before, but somehow I knew every floorboard and light fixture. We were locking doors and boarding windows and taking every precaution to stay alive. Looking out the cracks between the boarded windows we watched as jackals ripped apart my father and others that we loved. I had kids that I was trying to keep close to me. Every now and then one would wander off and I could see them being torn apart by these dogs. When there was only one kid left still alive we went to the living room of this house. There was no way in. We were safe. And even though I could hear the jackals in the house and on the roof, I felt like we had won. The little boy seemed comforted by the room and by me. And just as I felt at peace with the little boy and with this dream. A lone beast of a jackal emerges from the fireplace. And rips into the little boy. At that point I woke up, screaming and forever frightened of dogs.

Hi,
I feel very sorry or the disaster you had.As far as i can see this dream is caused by a slight depression and is evacuation of the stresses you had.
The only symbol is to be frightened that means you will be safe.
Jackals have an interpretation but is not meaningful here.

If one dreamt was fighting a jackal means he will fight a relative. If dreamt a jackal was rubbing itself to him means he isn't afraid of anyone. If dreamt was playing with a jackal means he will fall in love.If dreamt was eating jackal meat , if he is ill means he will cure, if has debts he will pay back.Meat and skin and bones of jackal means money.
Good luck.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear about your loss.

One month is not enough to get over your loss. Your dreams, be they ever so bad are helping you in a way. They are diverting you from the negative thoughts you're experiencing while you sleep. Your subconscious gradually changing the focus of your attention from your loss to lurking dangers and towards protecting others.
Try to relax, talk to people and take up other interests. It is natural to mourn but you have to think of the living. Things past rememdy should be past care.
Think of your dreams as your little helpers. They help you to sleep, help you to forget and help you to wake up in the morning.
Cheers Wolfjk.

Default jackals

Hi, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I too have children and feel for your pain.
I am not an expert on dreams but I do have a thought. As mother's we will take a bullet or fight a bear or whatever to protect our children. When we lose a child it is out of our control. It seems to me that you are dealing with feelings of being unable to protect those you love because you wish you could have done something to protect those you lost. The jackals are forces that come to take and destroy those you love and you feel you have no power to stop them. Even the last boy when you feel safe and like it is over, is also taken. You feel powerless.
I doubt my thought helps much, but I hope so....

Hi,
As fireplace means a mother in law or someone who serves you , and jackal may mean a quarrel, you may have a quarrel with such a person.
Good luck.
