Red face falling

Does anyone know why we fall in our dreams and wake when we hit the ground? To me that is a nightmare, cause it scares me crazy.

Hi,
It means not achieving a wish is on the way.

If one dreamt fell face down means will have anxiety specially in a fight and enmity.
If dreamt fell from a height like a mount or a roof or a wall means he won't achieve his wish.
If dreamt fell down from a mount also means his situation will be bad and will be disappointed.
If dreamt fell down and was injured means will have a loss as much as bleeding.
If dreamt stumbled and fell means will have some pain.
If dreamt there was falling snakes and scorpions from his threshold means a sorrow from the government.
If dreamt ceiling or house walls collapsed over him means he will have an unexpected big benefit and an opening.

Lightbulb The "falling" image

You could think of this as losing something, or a position you were in before, whatever that could be. However, an isolated event like this without a context is hard to know what that could mean. The context of that event could be used to figure out why someone does fall.

Question alittle morea bout the dream...

Yes, I do understand that. But that is all that happened or that i remember. I was sleeping and all of a sudden i was falling from the sky and landing on my back, and when i got really colose to the ground i all of a sudden flew awake and sitting up out of breath and reall confused and scared to death. It's like I really died in that dream and just didn't see it happen. At least that's how i felt. Thank you for reasponding

Hi,
Sometimes things happen in sleep that require you to wake up. Perhaps you get a headache or other problems. Your subconscious creates a dream around your fearsthat is sure to wake you up. There is no meaning or significance to the dream, except it is dreamt to wake you. If it happened to you, you'll know that you're non the worse when you hit the ground. The dream just wakes you up.
There are times when you can have a falling dream and go back to sleep. On these occasions the dream was dreamt to move you from a painful sleeping position. As you fall in the dream you make actual body movement; you stretch your arms and legs, and sometimes turn over. When you make these movements, the dream changes from falling to flying or landing comfortable and the dream continues without waking up. The dream is looking after you while you sleep.
Cheers Wolfjk

I've experienced that many times. Most of the time I have a disturbing dream, I wake up a little later than what I want to wake up.

Sort of like your mind getting your attention.
