Calling out for HELP!

In the last two months I have had two dreams where I am trying to call out for help but the words wont come out, finally the words come out and I wake up.
Dream 1 - I was walking through my house (which wasn't really my house), looked through to the kitchen doorway and a man was standing there bleeding from his nose, then I called for help.
Dream 2 - I was out in a remote area such as a forest or the bush, it was daylight, I was looking through all the trees, I could not see anyone, i was alone, but felt someone or something was watching me or after me, then I called for help.
I cant stop think of these dreams, what do they mean?

If dreamt his nose head was cut means will lose some dignity.
If dreamt something entered his nose and he was annoyed means he will get angry with someone.
If dreamt his nose was bleeding and his clothes were polluted means will receive a big immoral money.***
If dreamt a small blood clot came out of his nose means his child will be aborted some interpreters say he will get poor.
If his nose was bleeding and he wasn't polluted means he will separate his wife or she will be hurt.****

If dreamt was washing his nose means a man will cheat with his wife.

Calling for help if it was screaming means a disaster on the way.
