I keep seeing myself sleeping

When I'm tired and sleep late (which is always) I always have this dream like I'm watching myself sleeping. I will have a dream about something which is not even scary or a nightmare but by the end of the dream it will always comeback as me seeing myself sleeping on my bed. And for some reason I seem to be scared and shaking trying to wake myself up. I'll keep on praying and praying until I wake up. When I did wake up I can feel that I did shake myself to wake up plus I'm in the exact position as I am on my dream.

I'm kind of scared since this been happening quite often now.

If you go to bed late and tired you need a frightening dream to to wake you up
Your dream is simply telling you: Wake up you lazy so and so!! in a nice way ofcourse.
