waking nightmare of the end of the world

a fair while ago i had probably the most disorienting expirience of my life.
i was in this strange facility, and there were men military uniforms with assult rifles.
i cant quiet remember how but i seemed to know that there were enough nukes to blow up the planet set on lanch or something
and i knew i had to press this big red button that i absoloutley had to press.(the abort button)but the men with guns were trying to kill me.
but none of their bullets even came close.
but this is where it gets freaky. i woke up but i was still having the nightmare. some things had changed.i still had to press the button but the building had changed. it still looked all military facility like but it had changed shape to fit my house. and i was acctually runing about aimlessy because i didnt know where i was anymore and my family kept interupting trying to get me to sit down and calm down ect
but i still had to get to the button(and i was saying it out loud). it took my family over 5 minutes to pull me back to reality.
im ok with it now but it still creeps me out now and then.
is this a reflection of my waking life or have i played way to many video games
