I'm 19 years old and have been having Nightmares since I could remember my first dream (being attacked by my mother who had razor sharp teeth and tore me apart), I do have some good dreams, but they turn into bad ones.

At an early age I was dreaming of monsters and ghouls, fighting vampires and zombies, or being a vampire or zombie, later in life I start to dream I'm fighting with people aswell, I often dream of me killing someone, not always some random person, but someone I know, from my loved ones who I trust 100% and love dearly, to people I have hardly ever spoken to

I learnt how to lucid dream when I was 16 and I can control 100% of my dreams, except I cant change a Nightmare into a good dream, I no longer die in my dreams because I dont allow myself to be killed, its like an alternative reality where I'm basically God, another thing is that I can remember every dream I have had, it just seems to store itself in my memory, which amazes people

Lately my dreams have been more graphic and move violent, I would randomly attack people in my city with a chainsaw or I would be a Vampire stalking the night waiting for the right time to drink someones blood, as much as I love horror movies and think Lucid Dreaming is pretty cool, these Nightmares have been getting too much, they start to enter my mind when I'm awake, sometimes I randomly become blank and have a "dream" while awake, it usually involves someone who is near me, and its usually something bad like me killing them, or something along the lines of murder

A few months back I dreamed of a bold naked man who was covered in symbolic tattoo's and had slightly dark red skin with spikes sticking out of his spine with pitch black eyes and a very cold presence about him, this was the first dream I ever had since I taught myself to lucid dream that I couldn't control, I knew I was dreaming, but I couldn't move or anything, and whoever I was dreaming of knew that. I woke up covered in sweat, shaking, cold, sore and very very scared (its the first time I was actually scared of a nightmare since I started lucid dreaming also, since I am used to them now). Ever since I dreamed of this "figure" I have started to have these horrible thoughts and my dreams became more graphic, but he has not appeared in any others

I would really REALLY appreciate some insight on this, I would like to know what it all means, because it is starting to seem like my mind is wanting me to snap and to live out my dreams

Please see the words in your dream here in the Dream Dictionary Advanced , using search .You will see that they all good news happy dreams.
For example ; razor or any blade means some money and teeth are family members.
Vampire means someone who uses your money as vampire drinks blood and blood means money.
Zombies are people who speak bad behind the back of people, As eating a dead flesh or someones flesh in the holy books is said as eating a dead brother's flesh etc etc...

I have already searched through that, but how could I possibly care if someone is talking behind my back when im 4 or 5 years old? or how would I know the importance of money at that age to dream of it? I said I have been having these since I was little, all the way up to now.

The way you describe your dream and your response to Varzandeh's post makes it sound like you have already decided what the nature of your dreams are for yourself and so they are being informed by what you already think of them---a sort of self fulfilling prophesy. I have found that there is a very thin border between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind and whatever you learn or think about dreams in your waking life will inevitably affect your dream life. It sounds like you think you met some evil demon, or perhaps even Satan himself, and have since been affected by his evil, daydreaming about murdering people. Whether spiritual warfare exists or not, you seem to be allowing your dreams to control you rather than the other way around. If you really were under a spiritual attack, then God would want you to realize that you are safe in him and to keep control. If it is merely part of your imagination, then you are ultimately still in control whether you choose to recognize it or not. Either way, once you label the threat within your dream as something outside of yourself and think of yourself as a victim of your own dreams, you will become one. Trust me.

Hi, Anonymous. What you see and put into your mind gets stored into a closet, (your memory). What you put into your closet you will wear. I like the way lildreamer515 has given you some information. She is young, close to your age, so it is nice to have someone your age group to help you. I notice she has wisdom and has a relationship with GOD. Cartoons are images with violence, scarry movies are targeted towards the yourth, most of the actors appear as teens. So we are condtioned very young to see graphic images, the key is to think on good things through the day so that you are not trammatized through the night. It says in the bible scripture in Philippians 4:8; finally , whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatevewr is lovely, whatever is admirabl-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things. So meditate on the GOOD and bounce the rest! GOD bless you, peace.

Wow, your dreams are really violent. Do you watch a lot of horrors on TV? If you do, maybe you should be more discerning about what you put into your mind before you sleep. Since I have been lucid dreaming, the TV really effects my mind during dreamtime. These horror films have a bad energy about them and it sounds like you are very sensitive to this energy, especially as you say you lucid dream 100% of the time

You also say that you don’t allow yourself to die in your dream. Does this mean that you lash out at something else to stop yourself being attacked? Remember that you do not die in your dream. I have died quite few times in my dreams and nothing bad happens. Have no fear of this.

Also, if you are lucid and there is something evil there, just tell it to get out of your dream. You didn’t invite it and you are not scared of it (and mean it – remember that you are a powerful spiritual being). I was attacked in my sleep for a number of years to the point that I didn’t want to go to sleep. I called for help and none came….no angel, no god. I stood my ground and told it to get out and I haven’t been bothered since. Only you can do this. No fear. Tell yourself this in waking life and you will remember it in your sleep.

Try to think of these images as something that your mind is throwing at you. You are lucid, so you are halfway there. Learn to meditate in your waking hours and then apply that to your lucid dream. That’s the best advice I can give to overcoming night-horrors and believe me, I have had my share as well.

hi Anonymous ..what is your spiritual life like? are you are a born again christian? if so consider thinking of Gods enduring love and his righteous nature when you are dreaming im saying this cause you already taught yourself how to be in control in your dreams, this will help to recognize who you really are because we are all made in God's image therefore you are not a violent person in reality and before you sleep read Psalm31 verse 1 to 5, if you can memorise it and confess it in your dreams...
p.s. i must warn you some horror movies are not good because the eye is the window to everything
