derranged dream

i had a dream, where i was in a tanning room, with my sister and other people i knew, and we were all trying to figure out how to use the machines, and eventually we all gave up and went home. and then we were in a house, and i went to the kitchen where there was a tv, and on the tv there was a man lying on a bed, with a black mask on, and another man put a tube down his throat and was pushing disgusting mush down the mans throat, ,and the guy was slowly suffocating and crying. and it was extremely disturbing. and i dont get what it maens.

If dreamt was tanning means he does people's affairs correct.
If dreamt he used to revive the dead means he will be a tanner.
Tanner means an authority who people trust him or one who divides the heritage among people.
Skin is interpreted as a heritage.
If a tanner dreamt he revived a dead means he will always remain in his job.
Some interpreters say he is the man that will do the job correctly.
