More of a dream that just freaks you out all day!! But what does it mean?

Okay so I dreamed I was looking for something for my boyfriend at a hardware store, that was supposed to be of a liquid content. Well I am looking and looking and finally I had knocked something over that was in like a barrel and it exploded sort of. It had white foam and it spewed out on this white Ford F150 that was somehow in the store, I guess on display. Well when the foam got on it, it melted the white paint and I believe it turned into like a brown or either gray metal color. I tried to walk away like I didn’t do it and looked down at my right hand(I think that had some significance) and the top of my thumb was gone... and I couldn’t figure out what happened and then looked down and it was the foam, It was acid and it had taken away my thumb. Then within seconds my entire right hand was gone. All the way to my wrist. Pretty much the rest of the dream is a blur I just knew I was very upset obviously. I woke up and I can not shake the feeling of the dream. I am sure that is normal but I just think that the dream has some deeper meaning. Relax! The dream has a simple meaning that will surprise you! The reason for the dream was that you lay on your right hand too long and lost the feeling in it. Your dream was simply trying to wake you up so you could release your hand from under your head or body and give it some excersises to get the feeling back.
