Being Strangled

I dreamed that I saw my self looking at me, then a pair of hands wrapped around my neck and began strangling me. This scared me so much that I yelled out loudly in my sleep.

If one dreamt someone suffocated or choked him means he will receive some livelihood and a good life.
Some interpreters say he may have a sorrow.

My daugher had a very frightening experience while dropping off to sleep on Saturday night.

She started to have an oobe which is quite common to both of us. Then, she felt as if something or someone was strangling her. When she spoke of it the next day, she said the being was almost recognizable.

When she awoke, she spit lightly on her hands, and blew across her palms away from her. Then, she made some zhikr and recited Al-Falaq.

I was attacked in my sleep for quite some time. So much that I was affraid to go asleep. This went on for some time, whenever I called for help, none came. It fed off my fear. The only way to stop it was to force myself awake.

I do not have them anymore. The only way I found to stop this was to stand firm and order it out of my dream and feel no fear. I shout that it was not invited, and I have no fear, and that it must leave. I have not been attacked since.
