Please Help Soon~I feel pain in my dreams

I just came across this site at 5:20 am. its now 5:49. I'm 17 years old

Its just, ive always had very scary dreams before, but ever since i can remember, ive been having highly emotional dreams along with pain emotionally as well as physical pain. Nothing happens to my body when i wake up, i just feel very out of breath or tired. Im also usually crying

The dream I had tonight that i couldnt stand anymore was just really bad for me.

DREAM:

(I dont even remember how it began, but)
The lights on the basement and second floor of my house were out.
All the kids: (my 2 sisters: Aya=13 yrs, Mia=8; my cousins: Kiki=15, Tierra=10,Tori=5) were all downstairs on the first floor where there was light. They were playing around and my mom went upstairs to see what happened

Apparently it was extremely ddark and rooms and things seemed out of order and like a disaster had happened. There was no light comming from the windows and i got a very bad feeling about it. i had like extreme fear.

eventually we all went downstairs again and my little sister, Mia wanted mommy. like always she didnt tell us ad went upstairs on her own. my mom wasnt even up there anymore

mia went missing we were looking for her and then eventually we heard her screaming in pain from upstairs. my aunt is pregnant, and she walked to the stairs with me as me and my mom went up to look for mia.

it was so scary. i saw a gun on the ground where there was a bit of blue light. my mom picked up another one and handed them to my aunt. no ones cell phones were working. my aunt stayd with the others and playd with them to take their minds off mia

me and my mom went up and heard a little girl laughing and it was echoing. there was a growling noise and other things. i told my mom not to go but she walked through there calling mia's name.

evenually my mom came bak without ma saying shes not even up here. my aunt said mia was downstairs playing now.

there was a bunch of things i didnt understand here and cant rly remember. but no one was allowd on the second floor. eventually tierra (shes very nosey) went up the stairs to see what my mom and me were doing. we were talking about the weird stuff happening

other people had been missing before that, but it was like i sort of had this feeling of what was happening. its like i knew what was going on but i cant even remember. but thats what gave me the most fear

tierra goes missing an is screaming immediately so my aunt takes off running up the stairs along with me and my mom. (tierra has a medical condition)
we keep running up and look for her regardless of the dark and when we cant find her, we start hearing the other kids screaming, we run bak the other way

*my mom and aunt ran faster than me. i got scared because i was running in the dark alone so i felt some sort of heart ache and fear. then i fell down the stairs and felt every step. it hurt because my knee hit the wall while falling. no marks, but it felt like it really was sort of out of place. i also got scrapped on my shoulder.

we went down to see no kids. then thy were sreaming from upstairs. i go so scared i thought they had beeen hurt. my mom and aunt took off running again. we never went this far n the darkness. i was in between them both. my aunt, due to her pregnancy was slowing down so i waited for her. it was so dark. i didnt want anything happening to her. i was so scared just standing there. then we finally made it to the room. there was a dim light and they were all tied up by the hands and mouth on the ground. there was blood on their bondages but it wasnt theirs. my mom and aunt started to help them. they were telling us what happened. sme guy brought them up here an said "ur going to be scared as hell" then he said to tierra "im going to miss u though"

immediately my uncle came into mind, but he loved us all. there was no reason or him to do this.

then out of nowhere i turned around and was stabbed on my stomach. it hurt so much i couldnt even move or look up. everything got muffled in my hearing and i heard more screaming. i was afraid to look at everyone else. i was afraid that something may hav happened to them.

i was mentally trying to wake myself. i normally do at certain points in my dreams. though this on took a long time to wake up from sense it seemed so real. the pain was disablin me from waking up. the screams too.

the guy moved the knife in and out of the wound and it hurt so bad

i just moved bak completely,a nd the knife came out. i abandoned my family and ran so fast into the dark. i heard their screams and i heard a litle girl laughing. i ran into my room and there was a little light

i saw myself sleeping in my bed and my blood was everywhere i jumped on myself and started shaking my sleeping self. but i wouldnt wake up'

by the door a little girl in a red cloak was standing there, her face was hidden by a hood. she started walking slowl towards us and i was crying so bad

the little girl said "he's not their"

i started hitting myself and scratching my sleeping self until eventually, i woke up

Ive always had bad dreams, but never once had it been this hard t wake up, as well as this many members of my family that i love so much whose lives were put at risk.

i woke up crying alot and i felt tired. my stomach suddenly got a cramp in it 5 minutes after dream and it was dark. my laptop was near my bed so i got online rly quick to send a nudge to my boyfriend, but he wasnt online for once

so i just lay in the dark cryng and i hav a few scratch scabs on my body from previous dreams. they arent to noticable unless i look for each mark, but i hav one slightly behind my shoulder now

my phone has no money on it, and suddenly rang (not ringing but vibrating). but it was over on the table near the door. and the glass was shaking and i was just rly scared.

when it stopped, i got online to try and find anyone who could help me get them to stop

Sorry, i was just trying to be informative T_T

I dunno exctly whats needed for interpretting dreams so i just put everything i remember.
Of course it all happend faster than seemed. so what if i narated it i dont think that makes much of a difference being that the dream was still the way said from what i remember most.

its been bugging me all day and im not ina great mood

edit: after reading it over i guess i see what u mean. it doesnt seem too truthfu. but much more happened in the dream, i just dont remeber it at all. the parts i do remember r the one i wrote. i also put in what i was feeling in the dream though

At your age you should not have pain in your dreams. My guess is that you have stomach cramps during sleep and that is why you have these nightmares. The scratches happen when you grab the part of your budy that starts hurting. My guess is that you are allergic to some food or food additive and that causes you to have stomach cramp.
Try to check on what you eat before you go to bed, if you can't find out what is causing your dreams, seek medical advice.

i know how your feeling sierra, i had a dream i had gotten stabbed before and it hurt so bad... i also had a dream that i got shot, i was in some kind of war on a dirt road in a jungle, was wierd think it had something to do with WWII. i was falling back with my squad when 3-4 germans came outa nowere from behind us and one shot me right in the stomach, it hurt like a bitch and i fell to the ground on the side of the dirt road half-way on the grass and half-way on the road and i had a very, very strong feeling like.... i dont know how to explain it, it was a feeling that made you KNOW that there is life after death, that death isnt the end... even though was dead, i was like a vegetable, alls i could do is see out of my eyes but not move them around to view anything else, and the german who shot me walked up to me and right then i woke up! i do remember the very first dream i had that i actually felt pain in, i was in elementary school a long time ago... school had just ended and everyone was leaving but i was in the library and there were vampires in it with me chasing me, (it was all long ago i cant remember much) but i do remember that a female one caught me and for some reason even though i had been shot and stabbed in other dreams, when she bit me on my arm it hurt on an unbelievable level, i woke up crying i know that. but i just couldnt believe that it had hurt me so bad! i know people say that you cant feel pain in your dreams, but i truely do not believe that, i think its bullshit because i know i have felt pain in mine, every dream i have i feel pain if the situation involves it. and i have been able to wake myself up mentaly in my dreams, first time that happend i was a little kid also, and 2 raptors had me trapped behind a bathroom door and i couldnt lock the door cause it had no lock and i had my back to it but i knew eventually they would get through cause i couldnt hold it forever, there was a small window at the other end of the bathroom but i knew if i ran to it they would get in right away and claw me to death, so i told myself to wake up like 3 times and i did right away!

i got it worse im really young and here is my dreams

night one dream one:
my sisters boyfriend comes and kills my family i live when i run away when i run to my neighbors house

night 2 dream 2:

ok this is the scaryist i got in a fight with my sister and i go outside my mom is there pointing to somthing i look over and a see a robber shooting my neighbor thats when he sees us he walks foward i try to move but i cant he shoots my mom then he looks at me he shoots me in my head i swear i feel it it felt like i got hit really hard on the head and i feel my brain being pushed to the other side of my head is was squeshy then i feel myself fall is see the groand my heart stops and i close my eyes now i can feel the pain and i dont wake up for a really long time

3rd night 3rd dream:

this one is so scary i go out side and my neighbor is dead theres a man standing there he looks at me and calls some one and says come over im getting another one hes still looking at me. i run. i feel like im running forever im chased into my neighbor house i hide behind a wall theres two doors i cant go any were. the man comes and grabs me and he will uhh u probably know but i feel the whole thing he falls asleep and i slowly go to the kitchen but he is already there and hes holding a knife then i wake up


plz i dont know whats going on theres a bunch more scary dreams im afraid to tell my mom cause i think she will think im crazy plz just someone tell me what i should do. plz plz help


p.s am im going to die or somthing because i have had 6 dreams in a row were i die
and why are all my dreams about my nieghbor!!!! i dont get it!!! plz help

Hello xSiERRAx.

Nightmares, are really easy to interpret, because they are emotion based, and get the point across.

Baisacally its just the theme, as your hurting your family. Which suggests something your doing against your belief system.

I know what the dream would mean for me, but since i dont know anything about you, ill stand off on that interpretation for now.

It would be something you purposly did, fully knowing you had done it, and had done it knowing you would face trouble if you were cought. Thats given away by the stabing, and other bumps and scraps along with the serious pain you suffer. It goes with whats going on in life.

Most people will tell themselves how they want to be, but they dont understand the complexitys of life, and wind up in circumstances they would never believe they could get themselves into. This is basically the cause for this kind of nightmare.

If you want the nightmares to stop, a website like this one is a good place, because you can learn to use other methods of dreaming, and in learning teachs you that you dont have to have nightmares to get points across. The same things can come out in regular dreaming.

A lot of times we say one thing, and often do another because of the circumstances. Its when we try and hid this fact of life that we cant deal with ourselves, or others. Then there are times for certian things to happen, and times when those things dont need to happen, and we cant deal with that either.
