There have been times where I am dreaming, usually if it's a nightmare, I will wake up and when I go right back to sleep it's like im back dreaming again. I always felt that was so strange. I would then have to turn the tv on for a while to clear my mind and then go back to sleep. Has anyone heard of that?

Happens to me all the time. I would suppose if your mind really wants to express itself it's going to do it if you interupt it or not

Yeah, I get that all the time, I love it, as long as it's not a nightmare. I want to figure out how to control my actions in my dreams though. Also, maybe if you could do that, your nightmares wouldn't be so bad

It also happened to me I woke up with the voice of my cousin (dead) then I got up and called him then asked him what he want or what's the message and I went back to sleep then my dream continued. It was a great dream about my great grandfather's land that was abandoned for about 40 years after thirteen dreams I visited the land then processed the papers for ownership after 18 months I got the land title in my name. I have more dreams that turned into reality.

yes, that happens to me often. i hate it when its a nightmare. but i figured out something. if you want to get rid of it, you have to disract your mind for half an hour because if you just go to sleep after a long day, it takes about 90 minutes for your REM dreaming to take place. but after you wake up, and are awake for at least 5 minutes, it take only 30 minutes. also, if you barelly woke up and just close your eyes again, it wont take any time at all.
