Craziest lucid dream

So last night or early morning i dreamt that some spirit tricked me and took by body and started flying with it!! I think it could be a succubus demon.
I was standing in my room and i was looking at my bed where my body lay, but the spirit took my soul or some form of me and started flying off with it. I was so pissed cause I couldn't get back in my body, I literally tried throwing myself on my physical body on my bed many times. the weird part was that I could feel her (female i presume) taking me everywhere, and i just wanted to get back into my body! It was hella scary and I was so disappointed cause I wanted to control my lucid dream, instead some creature, spirit took over, it was the worst feeling...its like she was ecstatic to have my spirit body and go wherever the hell she wanted to!

sometimes, i have dreams like this. there are the most clear to me when i first see my own body under me. i'll tell you about mine. i am in a hallway with my friend. they freeze under me and i start flying upwards. some weird force gets me spinning. i look down and try to get away, try to get back into my body. when i finally hit my body, i felt it. but didnt wake up. thats when i realised i was dreaming and it became a lucid dream, but i woke myself up unfortunttaly. so what it means...

you had an OBE (out of body experiance) . there are many people who believe ( this is just a belief, okay) that during sleep some people can separate body and spirit (OBE - extended) . the spirit could travel anywhere, through time, above you, protect you, and harm can come its way. there is the theory of death as well. while most of the time your spirit is returned for you to wake up, so believe that if the spirit does this, but cant get back, you will never wake up, and remain unconscious. if you learn to control your spirit with lucid dreaming, you may have a powerful tool. next time, realise you are dreaming, fly away from the demon, and imagine travelling to your sister/parents room. there are also people who believe you can use this to spy on people or search time for answers

I believe in guardian angels...If I were to expirience the same thing. I would ask my guardians to protect me, my soul, or in this case your earthly body. I know is sounds crazy if you don't believe in that sort of thing... but it can't hurt, right.

If you believe in God, some sort of protective prayer would be good too.
