I know I already started a new thread, but I wanted this question to be seperate.
One thing I left out of my previous thread about lucid dreaming was that throughout the day I often get strange flashbacks of a second life when I'm falling asleep. (Not fully asleep, only some of the way) I often see myself as another person going about their life. I look different, I have different parents, different school, different everything. (Sometimes I'm younger than I am as well) Sometimes this experiance is so strong I'm jerked out of my semi-sleep state crying or with a flood of intense emotions. How do I explore this? Is there anyway I could actually live a second life in my dreams? (note- I don't believe in reincarnation. So I don't know what to make of these flashbacks.) |

thats kinda crazy. if i believed in the paranormal i would be very worried. but i think it is important for people to keep a neutral belief with this sort of stuff because if you believe in it to strongly, it can become dangerous to your health and create even more vivid experiences. Where-as if you are the other way around, then you might be ignoring something really important. Here is a quote form a another thread similar

o sorry i might have misinterpreted you. Well the theory still applies whether or not you believe you are seeing into someone else life. It's all a matter of whether you want to experience more, or less. Personally i would want to experience less, the nightmares i am having i do not like one bit!

If you think that you only exist in this reality, you are mistaken.
