Default I Must NOT Be Dreaming

Ok. I have a problem. I didn't know where to put this, so I put it here. I haven't been dreaming AT ALL. No little details that I remember or nothing. I am absolutely positive that it's not my memory. I just haven't been dreaming. Usually, I dreamt every night. I have since I was a kid. So something is going on. Does anyone know why I can't dream?

Default No dreams

There is always the obvious answer. Stress and worry will not let you sleep deep enough to dream, and extreme tiredness makes you sleep too deep.

Default Marijuana and other medication

Different drugs can cause dreams to stop.
I won't ask you to share what legal or illegal medicines you may use.

I do know it is common for people who smoke marijuana more than once a day to claim they don't dream or can't remember dreams.
I have also heard from many that quitting marijuana completely for a few days usually brings on dreams.

- but don't quit using any medications that were prescribed by a doctor without checking with them first. "cold turkey" quitting some drugs can be dangerous.

Ok. Thanks. Nope. No illegal substances recently. LOL. But the problem still persists.

Well supposedly even if you do not remember dreaming you do. I rarely remember dreaming and when I do it is usually only a nightmare. If you do not remember your dreams you could try getting more sleep.. that may help, although it doesn't help me because I am and insomniac (i really have trouble getting to sleep at night )

people have somewhere between 4-7 dreams a night. that's what i've heard anyway but i find it hard to believe. if you wake up too suddenly it might might make you forget your dreams. it's happened to me a lot since i started going to school again and i have to use an alarm clock. it's so annoying!

You're dreaming, you just don't remember it. You're alive, therefore you dream, I assure you.

Start a Dream Journal...It will take awhile to remember ANYTHING to write down it in, but once you do it will gradually become easier.
