First Obe!

I cannot recall exactly how it happened. All I remember is laying down to go to sleep, telling myself I will lucid dream tonight. I remember a rushing sound and then I was separate from my body. I did not look down at myself sleeping, but I was in my room floating near the ceiling. I did not have much control. I was SO excited, I thought, 'Oh my God i'm finally doing it!' I knew I was out of my body.
However, then I became extremely scared. I didn't know what to expect. I thought, 'No, no, I don't want this anymore. I want to be in my body.' I hear the rushing sound again, and I see a blurr of color and images and a second later i'm once again in my body and I jolt awake.

I cannot believe I finally did it! Even though it was very short, I believe it is a huge step towards mastering this art!

P.S. - I still don't know why I am so scared!
